PayPal Question

I have no knowledge of PayPal. I want to know that If someone transfer $60 to my unverified PayPal account, can I transfer some of that money to some other PayPal account.

Is it allow to use money which is transferred to my account from someone else to make payment. Or I will require to put additional funds using my debit card to pay someone.

Also do I need to get my account verified make payment.

1.) You can send money to another person's PayPal account. However unverified accounts have a sending limit, which will get reduced by the amount you send.

2.) You can use the money sent to you to pay the other person.

3.) Verifying your account will lift your sending limits, and convince PayPal that you are whom you claim to be.

 

Yup, You can transfer.Just 500$ sending limit.As long as you are not from US.
Also ,you can use money which is transferred to my account from someone else to make payment.
YOu had better add ur bank account to verify ur paypal..

 

to add to what has already been said, the sending limit on a PayPal account varies and is the minimum for accounts from India {or so I've heard} at $500. This will not increase unless u add a credit card and get yourself verified.

For unverified paypal memebers there is a sending and withdrawing limits only. However, you can send the funds to anyone you want. No problem

 

You are not allow to transfer any money while your account is in unverified status.

 

Why can't he? As far as I remember, you've got a sending limit, but being unverified does not mean that you cannot send money to a third person.

well you can do eveything even if you have not attached your credit card.. i.e. can send money , can withdraw , can request for money..

but don't forget to attach a Vcc or CC ASAP.. your account can become limited..

- You can use either the balance (send to you by someone) or deposit money (from your debit card)

- It is better to verify your account since there are limitation for the unverified account

 

I believe in the US now they have the 10% hold back on accounts correct? but this isn't effecting canada yet

I am not a pro when it comes to using paypal but i do know that paypal needs to verify your account otherwise they will limit their services. I believe that too many people are other too oblivious or just don't want to read the TOS. and follow the instructions. Am sure paypal has illustrated everything very well.

u can use paypal exclusively, only there is the limit of amount u can do per day or per year
