Review my Teen Site

    Hi all. I've just set up the basics of my teen entertainment site. I wanted some tips on how to improve it(without using wordpress or anything like that) in good time to implement them before official launch this Friday. Any tips?

    few suggestions from me
    1. No logo/header
    2. show some more information on home page
    3. Remove the phpbb image from Forum header
    4. Post some dummy data/topics in forum

    check your competitors sites and make try to get all those features in your site.
