    Hostgator.com is a great host for shared, also check out ThePlanet.com (great support on dedicated), and if you looking for a lot of IPs then you should look @ SEOhosting.com.

    Webhostingpad.com is good. You can find coupons here that could help you save some money.

    I would also suggest Hostgator, they are very good and provide great support. You can find coupons for Hostgator here.

    Whatever hosting company you go with always use coupons. This can save you a lot of money and even be the deciding factor.

    If you want cPanel, I would go for HostGator.

    For vDeck, both FatCow and StartLogic are not bad.

    Otherwise do some research and pick your favorite ones.
