Keyword Domain Issue and Dashes I just purchased two really powerful meaning targeted domains using the knowledge from dpers.... can anyone offer their opinion on the most or the best one possible as far as serp traffic..... I used thee dashes for anchor text.. they work well I gathered ... so to make this clear to all..... it is about a good domain that uses dashes in the url... not should I use dashes.... :) where would you add or offer your opinion?? in here

If I told you I went with Oahu-Handyman.com would that be a good choice.. I also got Hawaii-Handyman.com... out of the two as far as Target Oahu-Hawaii is concerned what one would you favor on expert side of the coin toss

Well in that kind of terms, dashes are really required :D It lets the search engine sees the real keywords you target without getting confuse. But I prefer 1-2 dashes only :D

Based on expert opinions .. thats impressive:) ... the domain keyword separate theory I mean .... I assumed that was the jist of telling Google msn & yahoo.. thaT if anyone searches the query for those terms oahu handyman or Hawaii oahu handyman the domain will separate the city from the trade and the search terms effectively enough ...

hyphens in domains - a BIG NO.

Google and other SEs smart enough to separate words whether you include hyphens or not.

If you're desired domain's .com is not available go for .org.

Vedic Warrior that was not the main topic ...

in-fact I did not ask if dashes where good or bad...

Im asking what domain would rank better... I know dashes in the domains help and they offer free anchor in the serps.... plain urls do not ... if your wasting time thinking that Google-is-smart-enough then what about Yahoo, MSN and the rest of 700,000 search-engines that do not know how to parse-the-keywords in a domain???/

dont be fooled by your own inclusion... why?? because your underestimating the power of where and what people search for plus the different ses that parse the query .... you can now explain your inclusion as to why your so smart about no dash theory... but dont do it on this thread.... it is specific to experts

    My bad,

Guess haven't read your OP thoroughly first time around. Sorry about that. Hyphens do help SEO wise, and I was just suggesting that having a non-dash domain easier to remember for visitors.

that was pre sentenced over 6 years agao ..... im actually going woth a no dash domain.... and only because it was handed down by a top caliber SEO from India.... he ran over 6 test and many keyword searchers that faded out the dash..... im still using the dashed one to redirect the 301......

you see in SEO every aspect and seo rule is applied but to your credibillity and take on dashes you have to know whats more important..... serp traffic, domain relevancy, page relevancy, metadextrial, and a slue of combine meanings.... bloggers are top in search engines ... I know but what about htmlers... still harvesting money from the piggy bank......

oh the domain im usining here it is ready???/ OAHUHOME.net thats right ask my and I will tell you ... it is the best for it,s search volume not relevancy figure that one out... and I give you kudos........ plus why would a handyman want to use a domain nmae with out the word handyman???? dude it gets really puzzly.... but it works like charm
