    Hi,
RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication" or 'Rich Site Summary". RSS feeds, provided by news-related sites, weblogs and other online publishers benefit readers by letting them syndicate content automatically. They benefit readers who want to subscribe to timely updates from favored websites or to aggregate feeds from many sites into one place. This saves time since there is no need to visit each site individually. Regarding RSS feed submission, I suggest you to do the submission process manually.

If your blog or website updating frequently then RSS helps a lot to your website rankings in SERP's. In freebie section you will get the list of RSS directories. Try to to submit to all those by manually, never use any automated tools in link submission process in SEO.

RSS Subscription feature play a really important role in SEO. After finishing RSS Subscription feature of the website, you will soon be delighted to discover that more and more people begin to read and reprint your articles. Of course, the search engine and the providers who provide RSS subscription service will also consider spam activity for their own products. Therefore, please think twice about the using RSS subscription reasonable.

RSS submission is a good way to boost site traffic. You can also build quality one-way links from feed submission. Internet users can also subscribe to your feeds, which translates to added traffic.

Some calculate advertising value from your rss feed count. It is amazing to have thousands of rss readers on our blog. Subscribers shows that we have some real readers and this can increase your blog or site value. RSS auto submission is unnecessary if you use wordpress content management.

Maybe you can first have of a test of the one you're intersted in. I was also recommeded by others, some of the guys have used several of them before. And reviews can also be found there. With them you can know whether it's safe or not to some degree.
