    Hello

Me and my friend decided last night at about 1:30 AM to go to Champions Pizza, It's $4.00 for 2 Pieces of Pizza and a Coke, They cooked the food and
all relatively fast with-in about 7 Minutes, I let the Pizza cool down for atleast
5 minutes, I ordered a Plain Pizza (Cheese) and so did my Friend.

I took a bite of my Pizza and magically a big pepperoni falls out which shouldn't have been there and burns me on the chin, This happened last night and it still hurts very much where it is burned on my Chin, There was not even supposed to be Pepperoni on the Pizza! I showed my mom the burn this morning and asked her what she thinks made the burn mark and she thought i got bit by a Mouse.

The burn mark is small but a little big at the same time and it was unbeleivably BURNING HOT even after waiting 5 Minutes to let it cool-down!

    Thank you!
    Have a Nice Day!

Are you serious? LOL no you cant sue for that.

Theirs no evidence to support your claim, unless theirs a camera or something.

Interesting story but I guess better save the time and money to sue and use it for better purpose like a plaster for your chin and a nice hot coffee instead. Also I don't see any lawyers would want to take such case unless its seriously more serious and critical than what I am imagining rite now.
    Life goes on.

Well a woman sued McDonalds for burning her with coffee because she spilled it on herself and they didn't have caution hot signs around so she won. I would say if that could make it through you have a chance you'll need a really good lawyer though and some evidence.

How much do you think it should cost those bad people at the pizza place for burning your chin? Was it permanently scarred? Are you emotionally scarred?

    Have a nice day,
    Tom

PS: I may sue you because I laughed so hard when I read your post that some of my beer went through my nose. And that hurt!

Well da pizza is made in a 680 and degree ovens do you think five minutes is enough to chill. Did you mention anything about the burn to the establishment. You do not have a case at all.

I don't think you would see any money out of it. You might get a free slice of pizza if you take it up with the stores manager.

I highly doubt that they cook there Pizzas at 680 degrees,
Yes, I think the five minutes was enough to cool the Pizza, not the Pepperoni.

Some food comes hot. If you spill it or get it on your face you could burn yourself. These are simple facts of life that we all learn as kids.

Pizza is made with hot melted cheese - that is the way it is supposed to come to you. It is expected that one will put it in their mouth, not on their face. You sound negligent in the way you ate the pizza more than anything. I have not heard you even allege anything that would make someone else legally responsible for the injury you suffered when you burned yourself.
