This is good for reference. Not surprise when "domains yahoo" become the highest pay keyword

 

thanks for the list =) wish it showed a few more. Almost 70% of the list has the word "loan" in it sadly. The one thing I hate to write about.

You probably will never rank high for these terms as theres a shedload of competition already. Also, during these tough times, I doubt there are many advertisers paying that kind of CPC.

I think insurance niche should be remove from the list.. I can't even got 10cent/click.. Another very good niche is 'University Accreditation'.. Trust me.. it like $1/click.. Don't expect you can get $60/click.. It's just a dream..

 

Well thanks for great list of top paying keyword list! This is really help to make good site for making money from Adsense but doesn't mean that you just spam keywords in content! You need to put some decent keywords in your content which attract Adsense to put some high paying keywords! I experienced it with one blog where I am putting keyword rich content and get decent values!

well it must be tried to check out that is it is working or not then we will came to know that it is working

 

Are these CPC amounts taken directly from the Google Adwords Tool?

There's a big difference in the CPC amount and the actual amount that you will be paid.

How many people do you hear about that get clicks above 15$? Just doesn't happen.

 

hm insurance, loans, consolidation. It is like I opened some newspapers and read about crisis. Pretty sad.

 

I think that keywords is very competitive and hard to beat it...

 

I was surprised with the list, my site's niche are far from those top 900...

this are saturated keywords with very high competitions..

 

actually i also used 90% keywords from this one and spend money on getting cheap traffic but with high convertions of clicks ...my latest one is here

its on Loan niche ... nice niche ..very targetted and have those 'desperate info seekers' ... thats why the clicks are way high, the CTR is high but still in the green zone
