EVERYONE thanks again for your entries. All entries have been reviewed and here is the client feedback:

colours- really likes the colour styles in att_kiara's, Xdexter's and NightVisioN's entries. So it seems that the best colour schemes are going to have one main vibrant colour, then black/grey/white as a secondary colour and highlight colours.

fonts- really likes a clean, clear and round simple font. You can pick any fontface that you want, but it shouldn't be too thick, shouldn't be too thin, and should be round and sans-serif. The best font examples submitted are: att_kiara and renderwork. Please note that if you find a different font that might work but isn't 100% of what was mentioned, that's great. A font similar to what was submited by ~WAYNE~, BRAIN_PAIN, MantisArt and Xdexter might work as well.

style - really likes the idea of a cool FD emblem (but if you come up with an interesting emblem that doesn't say FD but is an interesting symbol or style that is fine also). Feel free to put Fabulous Design on one line or two lines, both are ok. I think it would be best to have one of these 3 layout ideas: 1) emblem to the left of the Fabulous Design text all on one line of the same height, 2) emblem above the Fabulous Design text but the emblem either 50% width or match 100% width of the text (so maybe text on 2 lines? so it forms a block/rectangle), or 3 emblem to the left of Fabulous Design text, then have the text on 2 lines so it forms a block/rectangle.

    Individual feedback to follow.

renderwork - thanks for the second entry. In black and white it looks pretty good, but I don't like the colour version, it's just not jumping out as much at me. It might just be the colours that were used though. If you are interested, maybe just trying some colour variations.

zyndtel - very nice. I like the block (square) one better. The only thing that doesn't jumpo out as much are the colours and fonts....I think if you had a greater contrast between the colours (maybe more birant colour and darker grey?) and different font this could be really good. If there are any effects you can apply to the FD logo to make it a little less square/ASCII style of a font that would be great (maybe a finish like Xdexter or just rounding the edges of the FD a bit) that would be perfect....if that's too much to ask for a competition then don't worry about it.

NightVisioN - fabulous, great work! I think this is amazing. Reminds me a bit of the CS4 logos on a mac, but this is for a design firm! Would like to see a Fabulous Design text added to see how it appears as a whole. The only change I could ask to the emblem is that the d seems to be much larger than the f. Maybe you could extended the arms on the right side of the f or shrink the width of the d a bit.

Internal09 - sorry, not what we're looking for.

MantisArt - great work. Maybe a colour change as I mention in my above post could help. The F and D look a bit fat, can you make them a bit skinnier? Maybe try one of the suggested layouts I mention above also? Really nice though.

campolar - sorry, not what we're looking for.

Neonic - really cool. please drop the reflection though. really like the FD emblem in grey in the background with a tilt/perspective applied, nice. I'm not a 100% fan of how the d looks though, I wonder if you can make it a capital D instead by breaking the line that goes sideways and making the side line of the D go taller near the top. THe font needs a different colour in colour (see my post above) but looks great in black and white.

katesrobyn - thanks for the second post, just not a fan of the FD emblem. Sorry I really can't say why, I think it's because it's too thin. THe font is really nice though.

Xdexter - great work. not sure if the regular or 3D is better since they are both nice. Only request is to see the font in lower case also, and for the fd emblem the f seems to be too big compared to the d, you think you can even it out a bit?
