Need U.S. VPS With Limited Resources and Great Connection

    Looking for cheap VPS to run a java game server on. It will need very little system resources (256 or 512mb ram & couple gb's space) in the United States however it will need a great connection.

    I would prefer it away from the coasts because I need a great ping from anywhere in the country. This is the most important factor in my decision.

    Please let me know your offers.

    Seen some stuff similar on here under $10, but if you can give me a reason to go higher...
