As for CPA ads, i'm trying the email submit method for the past few hours, got 7 submits so i guess that's pretty good,hopefully better soon

I would try selling some ad space. Put a few spots on your site that say "advertise here".

lots of responses, not sure if mentioned but you could join amazon or ebay affiliate programs and sell soccer related items.

 

Build a list and market some cb/cpa offer once a week, or give tips on betting and soccer related stuff as an incentive.You will see some $ rolling every week and this could be only one source of revenue.Do banner exchange and grow your site's visitor(=bigger list)
