Who is doing Business with MicFo?

Hi,

-I am interested to purchase the shared hosting package of Micfo.com but there are too many Negtative reviews i see online. I Give weight to ysf1 comments that he used and suggests Micfo but didnt know which package he is using. I PMed him but no reply.

-I also want to know how many on this forums are the Customers of Micfo and which package they purchase the most important issue for me is UPtime.

-I would like to hear from existing customers. Looking forward to hear from your side.

I had a shared hosting account with them years ago and I have no complaints. I, too , have read a lot of negative things written about them in the last couple of years.

I kicked off an account with them to see what they are like but I'm afraid it is far too soon to form any opinions. I can say that the support is excellent, if that's any help.

I hope no one minds if I dig up an old thread. I'm about to buy a new hosting account and have probably narrowed it down to Micfo or Hostingzoom. If anyone can provide a current recommendation, that would be very useful to me.

What about Globat.com? I hear they are keen for new custom.

Seriously, I signed up with micfo a while back and have found them to be a decent host.

 

LOL - I hate Globat The second least honest webhosting company I've ever found. Well if Micfo has good uptime I'll probably go with them - I think I saw a buy 2 year, get 2 years free deal.

 

I have been with Micfo since Apr 2006 and have no problem.. I moved my account to best possible server as i asked for the test speed before moving to another server i am really happy by their support team and Uptime is good.

 

I'm experiencing prolonged downtime with Micfo now - is anyone else having trouble with them?

 

No, I can't say that I'm experiencing any issues at present. Raise a ticket with support - I've found them to be very good and very quick to fix the odd blip.

 

For anyone considering micfo.com, let me warn you. I use hostgator, powweb, bluehost, splitinfinity, globat, and v7n. Micfo is by far the worst hosting experience I've had wth any of these.

Do yourself a favor. Use any other webhost; do not trust Micfo with your sites or you may end up like me. I've lost over $1,000 thanks to them. Do not trust them with your site.
