Don't worry, write to them and explain the invalid clicks.

The most important thing is to be honest.

    Better yet, call them.

I don't think you should remove Adsense just because of a few invalid clicks. You may want to alert the Adsense team. Seeing your anxiety over this, I guess it is better to spread your risk by getting a few more ads providers so that if anything happen with your Adsense account, you can still depend on others.

you have to contact to Google adsense center. If you don't get positive ans than remove ads. I think you should remove some ads from header or some ads that direct hit the eye.

Invalid Click should be fine...try to read the Adsense blog....Google also aware that sometime webmasters will accidentally click their own ads...is normal

I think that as long as YOU aren't the source of the invalid clicks you shouldn't worry. These happen from time to time to everybody.

    I agree,

You should just contact Google and notify them about the invalid clicks.

You will most likely regret it if you don't tell them and they catch you when you request your payment.
