Why I can't add Netspend Metabank USA bank account to paypal

    Hey
    When I try add Netspend Metabank account to paypal, I get following error. One week ago I could add it and didn't get two small amounts to verify in the bank account. Still I didn't receive the netspend visa card since this a new one. This is the message that I get when I try to add this bank account to paypal.

    My problem is why two small amounts are not visible in netspend account?

    Because it was saturated by a lot of guy misused it and now paypal no longer agree to work with netspend.

    But still they mention it in the netspend account. They better to tell it in the web site :(
