    Frankly I didn't find that as effective as adding your site's XML sitemap to Bing:

    http://www.bing.com/webmaster/

    You can use that submit form as recommended earlier but do not forget to submit your XML sitemap also.

    You might want to have an account with bing webmaster and submit your sitemap but I don't think this would help you in your indexing. This is the big difference between bing and google or yahoo. :)
