    1. I have choosen the right keyword, question is should i be carefull about keyword density?

    2. my site is up just 24 hrs ago should i immediately build about 10 back links a day all PR0(i'm using forum sigs and blog comments) don't want my site to be sandboxed.

Keyword density is a thing of the past. The main thing you need to remember is to use your keywords smartly. Don't try in keyword stuff your content. Some helpful tips: put your keyword in your title, middle and the end of your articles. Also, finding the lsi (Latent Semantic Indexing) of your main keyword will help content creation smoother.

You can start by submitting your site to directories, articles, rss and links. You should also post relevant comment on blogs posts. Also Google want penalize you for getting links from high PR sites.

The theory about sand box, to my understanding, if you submit your site to 1000 sites on day 1 and stop, Google punishes you for your actions. But if you're constant with your link campaign over a period of time, getting links from different sources, beside forum sigs. Variating the number of links you get from day to day, Google rewards you.

Do what you think it's good for your site, think without search engine.

I always get many links for my new sites from related places, guess what, works prefect on google.

Totally agree with Dodo_Me and Patricia, try to build you site with related links.

Make sure that the contents of your site is worth the read and that users/redears will be coming back for more. Try to submit your sites to directories, RSS Feed and other related to these.

    Goodluck on you!

sandbox is not something you can control
Although there is no direct confirmation of the existence of a sandbox, Google employees have implied it and SEO experts have seen in practice that new sites, no matter how well optimized, don't rank high on Google, while on MSN and Yahoo they catch quickly. :)

Nofollows are not useless. They are important for ranking well in yahoo and bing. Also I think it makes your site look suspect to google if you only got links from do follow sites.

Since it's a new site, I'd recommend to go slow on building backlinks.
And, try getting backlinks to your inner pages also.

Keyword density plays a major role in SEO. Google hate wepage with stuffed keyword. Consider optimizing two keywords per page. Get relevant & quality backlinks from higher PR sites.

I have been doing SEO for me and my clients for over 4 years. Here is some advice to start with:

    1) Concentrate on building UNIQUE content. This is a must!
    2) Build links to your domain. Do not forget to deeplink to different pages inside your domain too.
    3) Social bookmark your website
    4) Do not worry much about getting sandbox. I have built over 40 websites. Most of them got sandboxed for a month or two. After that, they started generating their profits.
    5) Focus on getting links from PR1+ pages
