Make money online site (mine)

I have recently created a website on the different ways I make money online. I have tried to explain how other people (you) can do the same.

I was going to just use a blogger blog but it just was not going to give me what I wanted.

Your site looks like landing page but it's so nice. To the point articles that I believe will bring you refferals.

 

The green links on white background are hard to see especially if you want some clicks to the
google ads on the bottom of the home page. They just dont stand out.

The green border around the logo looks a bit thick I think it would look better with a very thin
border or just removed alltogether.

Really dont need the text (Advertisment next to ads by google at the top of page.

You do have a lot of good content. Good job so far.

 

great site .....yu have consolidated all the info on how to make money online in one place that is kinda cool....nyways try to improve the colour scheme as it is one of the most important factors for the sucess of yur website.....cheers

The green links on the white background are kind of hard to see, I thought that myself and was going to change it thought I would get some input first. I am glad you all seem to like the idea.

Well I am creating other parts of my black22 network the now, I shall update this part soon.

I think you need to change the color schemes and also add some more colors in it. And also you need to add some more money related images in home page, looks good..

 

I'd agree with this but the content is pretty good and if you can get past the design there's some nice well written articles.

 

It seems people like the content of the site. The only thing is the design. I know there is some spelling mistakes here and there but I will iron them out, just because I typed the text up in dreamweaver and as far as I know it doesn't have a spell check.

Making money online, always a good idea!

With regards to the design I believe you should do the following things...

• Get rid of those green links (or make them darker)
• Put some padding between the border and the content (10px would be nice)
• Make your navigation bigger, anyone with bad eye sight will struggle to read it
• Don't make your navigation the same colour as your Google ads, especially when they are right next to each other.
• If you keep the content area white, but have the actual background of the website a light grey it will look better - something like #ededed

Thanks for your input, I have change my website basically following your instructions:

• Changed the background colour of the actual website to the one you suggested
• Changed the Cellpad to 10px
• changed the link colour and made it a darker green

I never really changed much else, changing the cellpad spaced out the navigation and the adsense add so I thought this looked much better.

If you guys could check the site out now and tell me what you think of the changes

Green and black color combination is not good. It is irritating and also you need to change the header. Avoid the dark green color. Use user friendly colors.

 

Much better, it would still benefit from having larger navigation text and the adwords not being right underneath in the same colour.

Your list of pages on the home page, if you drop them in a uniformed list by wrapping <ul> </ul> around it then putting a list item <li> </li> around each line it would appear better as they wouldn't be jammed in so tight.

Another thing, try putting a margin on your page (body) so that the black isn't touching the top. I generally think this is a good idea on smaller sites such as this.

Also consider dropping an image right aligned into your welcome paragraph, i've said it before and i'll say it again a picture is worth a thousand words. You can get amazing images on www.istock.com - but you have to pay a small fee.

use this color in the whole website as it will bring out a decent look and not look like a warez site

give a little more space in your text/ links i.e. Home: & Survey Sites: etc...

Your design concept is very nice. Perhaps the colors are not fantastic though. The green jumps out a little too much and black is a overall bad color for any online media. Its harder to read with.

Your content looks pretty good. Don't have many tips there.

Your idea is great. I would visit any site like this if it were reputable.

I am actually so happy with the fact people seem to like the site overall. Its been a while since I have done any online work so this is actually really good.

I am not starting to think of other ideas etc for my the rest of the site like I am making more sites to help people with things I know a lot about.

 

I think you need to put up something else there. Maybe a video for those who are lazy to read?
