Basically,PR is easy to write. The main content of it is about your company and the new product. But i will hire newsman to write it for me coz their writing is more professional.

Write the headline. Write the press release body copy. Include information about the company. Contact information. Signature
I suggest PR.com. It is a good way to get your PR out there for free. Also, there are many article sites that take free submissions. Good luck!
Write headline, new information about ur company and/or it product,and also mention ur company's address,contact info,etc.It should be attractive too.
