Bring the width of the website down to 990px The gradient in your header would benefit from being darker shades to allow the white text of the site name to have more contrast. You need a logo, text doesn't say professional. Your page title says, free hosting services, but you don't repeat that under your logo - you should if you are free! Try to get more quality in the image where you have wordpress logo and so on. The links in the right menu need to be darker, I can hardly see them. Lose the adsense for now, you won't make money without decent hits. Make the text in your navigation larger, it's tiny! Think about your users and the problems they may face. Are you doing everything you can to make things clear for everyone? Are you helping people out with impaired vision? You really need to do everything you can to make it easy for anyone coming on to your website. Make sure they don't have to think about what to click on, where the links are and so on. It's vital it's simple or it just won't be used.
I like the color combination on the background but you need a banner. Also the ads color at the bottom are not good. Theres too much red so green links are not easy to read.
I have one of those.. if you keep at it you can turn some of those free customers into sales.. keep workin and definatly follow some of the advice above
