How are the mouse-overs made on http://www.cssbloom.com/archives/ ?

 

Unless I'm missing something, all I see is the color change slightly and an underline for the hovers? If that's all you need see: http://www.w3schools.com/css/tryit.asp?filename=trycss_link2

 

umm, are you talking about the menu? cus thats nothing special

 

uhh i'm talking about when you mouse over you get a nice fade-in pop-up.

 

Hmm didn't appear to be working before. The popup just pulls the title attribute and href, so I'm not sure what value it has? Especially since the useful part of the href is cut off?

Aha, now I see it. It's done by JavaScript as Gordaen inferred.
