    I am looking to sell my main site because I am building a new project. I have sold the site before but was scammed and finally retrieved back everything via backups so I will be cautious this time. All of the information can be found here

    The domain is Pagerank 2 and is aged so it has some authority, the domain also comes with the twitter which actually brings in some traffic. I used to earn money via adsense and vip sign ups as well as donations however, I have redesigned the website so it hasn't been monetized but I'm sure the new owner can easily monetize this site.

    I keep getting asked so I'll post it here

    The website is made from a flash template, while it might look hard to update it's actually quite simple. I can write a basic how-to if the new owner wants to or I can just help them to update the site.

    The forum is running the latest phpbb and that's also easy to maintain
