I can post an ad saying "I will Paint your House Absolutely FREE", then in the post say ... "after you buy the paint I am selling."

Yes, there has definitely been a mistake. A mistake that your company has made. I've contacted Yaroslav and Julia multiple times over the months trying to get my project finished to no avail. To say there have been no delays with projects is simply ludicrous.
