Hands down Thai food... more specifically spicy chicken phad thai and green curry scallops... a good steak, red wine, asparagus and a baked potato are hard to beat too...
Chinese food in the US and Chinese food in China is so different... I've been to Hong Kong and all the food there is a little more bland but noodles is the main stay. In the US Chinese tends to be fattening, over sweetened and loads of different versions of teryaki...
Used to be, these were my favorite bender "food." Older, no wiser, and far less able to bend. - lol. Now, really, mine....
I luv Chinese food& Pizza... Especially chinese spicy food in Chongqing.... Hotpot, spicy chicken, etc
Ditto. If French technique can be about "building" from elements to an extraordinarily complex finish, I love the trust in simplicity that is Japanese food...the essential foundation of dashi - konbu, katsuobushi. Elemental, clean, delicious.
