Wanted: PPC only $0.01 - $0.04 (For Advertising On)

    Can anyone suggest a network that offers very low CPC or CPM options. $0.01 $0.04 CPC
    No Minimum bids.

    Adwords actually has 0.03c-0.04c clicks depending on the keyword(s) and countries targeted. They have minimum bids and all but the traffic is of much better quality than other networks in my experience.

    This will depend on whatever you are targeting and in what counrty

    Adwords in most categories this cost is too low

    ppc has a minimum rate which changes according to the keywords targeted,country selected ,moreover it also depends on average cpc....
