Problem with WP Version-2.8.2

Hi!
I have upgraded my blog Gadget-Arena.com to WP Version 2.8.2. Problem is blog runs normally for few days (two or three days). And gives fallowing error after that:

Once I upload Wordpress files (through ftp), it again runs smooth for few days and gives this error. This is hosted on hostgator. I have one more blog which is on other server behaves same as Gadget-Arena.com .

Can any one please help me solve this problem. Thanks in advance

Can you please post the contents of your index.php file mentioned here?

It seems your blog keeps getting hacked. Change your FTP passwords, contact your Hostgator Support, change your blog password and if you are using default admin user, create a new admin user and delete the admin user account.

And pls upgrade to 2.8.3 - It just got released.

 

Yea I think Upgrading it will solve your problem.

 

Well If think you should do automatically upgrade option inside from your Wordpress Admin panel to avoid these problems! They released new version 2.8.3. Change your version right now it may works for you.

 

The new version is available and the blog post at their official site says it fixes all errors, so hopefully upgrading will work for u.

Just now upgraded few of my blogs to Version 2.8.3, and changed all blog admin passwords and Hosting a/c password.

 

there is nothing to do with wordpress upgrade. actually your blog is hacked. make sure you replace all your php files, also check your db and start using very strong passwords.

 

Yes you are correct! I found some strange code in my index.html file which is now deleted and blog is working fine. Also I have changed all my passwords.

Let me guess. Did your files contain malicious iframes linking to china website?

And did you save account password in FTP client?
