Amazing PR

    I have seen a website:

    Google not cached this site and not indexed any pages of this site. but still
    PR3. I'm wondering how it happend??

    I think these guys made some blackhat method for this.
    something is fishy there.

    The page is not cached by google.

    What if they were ranked and indexed, got pr3 and then got deindexed due to blackhat like someone said or another reason? Would they keep their pr?

    Sites been banned. Enter the domain in the searchbox at Google and it should be #1.

    Google update toolbar PR every 3 month
    So you can wait months to see if you can still have toolbar PR!

    it is easy to fake your sites pr. So they are just faking their pagerank. Or if you want to investigate more , there are tools that checks sites pr.
