    868x117 is nice one in my view. it would better if you add some more text with more color effects in it. use light colors also.

    The first one is pretty decent, the rest aren't very proffesional. Take a look at some tutorials, there are many out there. Keep it up ;)

    I prefer you to use Web 2.0 fonts and try to enhance your logos to Web 2.0 Standards this will make you classify as Professional logo designer

    How much time do you spend to do this? If its less than 15 minutes you are good to do more than this...

    use some text effects, plenty of photoshop tutorials online for these effects
    Also, font selection might help you, check out the site "dafont dot com"
