    Hi, my friend is planning to sell her high revenue website that has around 20k+ Alexa and has a Google PR of 4.

    It has a decent income in Google Adsense (around $300+ daily) and other advertising networks ($30+ to $50 daily). With an average of 2 million unique page views daily (8 million to 10 million Adsense impressions daily) and 100k average unique visitors daily based in Analytics.

    Please post your fair bid of how much would you offer to buy this website.

    post income from all sources with screenshots then only we would be able to quote our offers. just pr4 with sensible income does not mean anything. also post your traffic screenshots for better judgement.

    It's really possible. Others make $1000+ daily from Adsense. $300 is relatively small if you compare it to other "BIG" websites.

    The main owner of the website is going abroad in next few months for an emergency work and he can't pursue the maintenance of the website anymore. There's is nothing to be fishy about. This thread is for interested and serious buyers only.

    We really don't know. But someone told me that he can find a buyer for me and he can sell it around $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 USD. But I'm not that sure how much it's worth, really. :)
