    I think it is a good start, but needs some polish.

    The middle column is not centered and with no background image, give quite a bit unused screen space to the right

    There are paragraph spacing issues. Some run together, while others are spaced to far out.

    I'm not sure why you are wishing me 'to my success' when you are trying to sell me music downloads

    Seems like you have 'borrowed' from various other landing pages - make it into one coherent, concise landing page

    Like a said, good start, just polish 'er up some more.
