    Hi all,

    Looking to sell a 3 to 4 year old site/domain. Aged site, with aged content.

    the site is in my signiture, until I close a sale, then I will remove from my signiture.

    I registered this domain in 11/30/2005. I am the ownly owner this site/domain has ever had.

    I setup an empty wordpress install on it, and placed links on some other blogrolls of mine, and forgot about the site.

    A year later I realised it had become a pr4 so I started doing some posts on the site.......

    Index page is pr4.
    The following cateories have pr3:
    • employment
    • gaming for adults (casinos)
    • health
    • IT
    • science
    • seo
    • sites for adults

    Lots of potencial uses for this site ...

    Site registered at godaddy.
    I will email zipped wordpress database with theme and pluggins.....

    No bin in mind ...

    ok lets try to get this thread back on topic :)

    I have recieved a couple of offers of 65 usd ...

    Not really what I had in mind!

    Lets take another look at those inner categories with pr3 ...

    * employment
    * gaming for adults (casinos)
    * health
    * IT
    * science
    * seo
    * sites for adults

    Then have a look at the link sales forum .....

    Obviously, its not unreasonable of me to expect a higher figure than 65usd.

    No bin yet.

    not realy very interested in selling at that price, given that this site made 220usd with sponsered posts....

    Guys have another look at thoie pr3 inner categories ....

    Why don't you just name a reserve? I'm interested, but I don't have time to play games with the price. There are a ton of PR4 sites out there, and this one isn't particularly active.

    I will take the first price that I think is reasonable. I will not declare what that is.

    If your interested, just make what you consider to be a fair offer. I may acceapt it.

    Yep, I am sure your right. But I believe that the value of this site is in its real age, its not one of those rubbish dropped/expired domains that DP site sales is full of. This domain and site have been mine since 2005.

    I just sold a 3 year old site for 200usd. Pretty much the same as this one, but this one is older.
