Getting a visit from a DMoz editor is like getting a visit from the mother of GOD!

 

I'm not sure what the OP is asking, or what the 3rd post means either, but perhaps both posters are unaware that DMOZ editors are all volunteers who spend some of their hobby time building and maintaining the largest human-edited directory.

One of the ways we do that is by surfing the net, looking for worthwhile sites (just like millions of other web users do!). The fact that a DMOZ referral shows in a site's logs has absolutely no relevance to anything at all, as explained many times here and elsewhere.
It may indeed have been an editor, but the purpose of the visit cannot even be guessed at. And in the very likely event that it was a bot rather than a human, even fewer conclusions can be reached.

And saying that visits are "rare" from DMOZ editors means they are "rare" from any web user. Not an ideal situation for a webmaster keen to attract visitors!

Statistically that is not all that accurate. There are likely billions of internet users, while there are at most thousands of odp editors.

 

To OP : What exactly makes your website statistics a standard ? I can see it is easily not the next facebook
