This one is okay: http://www.sedo.com Their main business is domains but they also have some websites for sale.
You could also try some of the larger Domain forums like Namepros.com and DNforum.com Both have forums for buying and selling developed sites.
And Are there any good places to sell I've listed more than 40 domains on SEDO for only 250€ but got no bite.
I managed to sell a few sites and domains on sedo.com. In all cases names were great or they had existing PR. It's really hard to sell names unless they have something special.
www.dnforum.com is a good place i have bought ad sold websites there. but you will have to by a membership. I also have a invite for sale so pm me your offer.
The perception is that people want ridiculous prices for there websites at Sedo, I also think most of the asking prices are way over the top ......too many rip-offs at ebay......sitepoint I have found to be excellent. geekvillage.com is okay. I don't understand why people put there sites for sale on dnforum, I joined then found you have to pay extra to PM or reply ...it must cost the sellers a lot of prospective customers . I mean how many people are going to pay to join just to ask a question about a listing. It's the principle not the cost involved. Fryman is the guy to ask, I notice he has bought a few sites from around the traps and is active on most of those forums.
I don't know whether it's ok to say here or not, but I may have a website for sale. What do you guys recommend ? I should put it on sale on ebay or sitepoint or dnforum or what ?
There is a place right here to list your site. Business section......Buy sell or trade. Quite a few Websites have been sold from there. Put the info in there, URL, description, stats, PR, income if any, price if you have one in mind so we can get in before Fryman
Check out this website: http://www.eradox.com/ This company (eradox) sells fully developed unique websites. These websites include a unique name, domain, logo and design! Hope this helps! John.
Well if you just need a design http://www.templatemonster.com/ has some spiffy ones and most of them won't take all your money.
If your looking to spend some serious money, http://www.sedo.com/main.php3?language=us is worth checking out. I dont think they have many smaller sites for sale, as they do require a min. buy amount. Ryan
Sedo is a good place to get domain names, but as said before there are lots of overpriced ones there. And Sedo stats tracking doesn't help because it can be easily manipulated.
