    Can anyone tell me why can't I post a new thread in "Link exchange" subforum until I write 25 posts??? Everybody lose out of that because I can't invite you to submit sites to my directory, I can't exchange links etc. What a stupid rule! It only force people to spam the forum with some stupid, worthless posts!

    You would be allowed to post in those sections after u get 25 posts.

    And for inviting people to submit their sites, please post a thread here :

    Just post something good in Adsense etc. sections.

    It does two things:

    1.) Cuts down on drive by spammers
    2.) Forces the member to have a post history. Because you wouldn't have an iTrader or Rep as a new member, people can look at your post history to try to get an idea about you

    Other forums like Sitepoint allow you to post right from the beggining (For a nominal fee of $10-$20) so you might want to try there
