    hi guys, hope u'll rock,
I am in the middle of creating my first ever website. i learnt not mastered html. xhtml, css and creating my websites only using divs

NOW heres my problem i have created index and 5 more pages for my website and linked them to index page for example

    THE PAGES

    1.games.html
    2.fun.html
    3.video.html
    4.extras.html
    5.images.html

is linked to "index.html" (the homepage) thru the menu bar...(hope you got what i wanted to tell you)

NOW when i click games on my menu bar in index.html it opens games.html (right)

NOW what i want is when i click games in menu bar on index.html. the header, the menu bar should remain stationary and the lower part after menu bar should reload( i hope you got it)

coz each time i edit my menu bar in index.html i have to make change in each 5 pages which is very painful.

So IN future if i will create vertical left menu in index.html i have to create it in very page for navigation....

DAMN I KNOW THERE MUST BE SOME SOLUTION FOR THIS AS PEOPLE CREATE 100s of Pages...coz its very tough to edit each an evry page........(n yea m not telling about style changes in css)

    OK!

yep, you could use PHP, and better use PHP than using frames.

PHP would be the way to go, just go to notepad and put your header code in, then name it "header.php".
