To be fair, the speeds are very good. However, it would be nice if you did respond to emails. I am on your galantik server, and have sent a couple of emails to you regarding the fact that most of the time torrents do not start. There are constantly error warnings about the connection to the databases, and if a transfer fails, it can take up to 4 days constantly trying to use the maintenance button to get it to delete. Now it seems as though there are also errors with clients being able to connect to the torrents as it only ever shows number of peers and no connections, though the files are uploading. Would be great if these issues can be corrected.
