    Hi -
    I sketched a layout on paper that I need coded up in XHTML / CSS. I think it is a pretty simple layout. I added a bunch of notes to the layout - please let me know if you can't read the hand writing and I will add the notes to the post.

    You first need the design created. The coding part will come later. You'll need to find a designer who can create a design based on your mockup/sketch preferably in PSD format and then you'll need to find a coder who can code that PSD into XHTML/CSS.

    If you can find a designer who can create the PSD for you then I'll be able to code it for you into valid, optimized XHTML/CSS. Just send me a PM if you need a coder. All the best.

    Hi - thanks for sharing, since this is only going to have a couple of images I really don't think it needs a psd first.
    It is mainly a text design with only a couple of images (the ones along the side, the logo, and the block near the top beside the list). If you want I can provide block images for those. The rest of the content can be filled with lorem ipsum for now.
