PR3 Directory - $150 / month income

Hey guys,

I want to sell Lili Directory.

It is

- PR 3
- It has Deep Link Mod ($90) installed by An0n
- It is listed in DirectoryCritic premium listings ($150)
- 100% unique design just for this site
-Two to three month old
- The pagerank is valid. I have other websites with high PR that link to the directory and the links will stay after I sell the directory
- unique design

June income: $663 ($464 was from a bulk submission from an SEO company that I will provide the contacts to the winner - You can use it for your other directories too)
July income (so far): $74

The income for June (aside from the bulk submission) was $199 and this month's income so far has been $74.

This is only the second month of this directory and it can improve a lot more. I want to sell it to spend the money on my main directory (Bam Directory)



Bidding starts at $500. It will end by Friday. I want to sell the site fast so if I get a good offer I'll end the auction early.

 

2 more submissions today for month of July.

 

2 more featured submissions last night worth $50.

I'd also like to point out that this site has $350 worth of codings, designs, mods, and promotions alone (not considering the profit it makes at all).

Due to the 4 new submissions in the past two days I'm raising the min bid to $600 as it has made $130 already this month and its only the 16th of July

There is also a bid for $500 for the directory. The bidder hasn't closed the deal yet, so until then I am keeping the auction open

 

This site has been sold. I've just made the payment for 600$. Waiting for files and domain to be transfered.
