What is a link wheel? Like a link farm or web ring? If so those are bad ideas, maybe explain further :)

I do not know what a link wheel but from what I can decipher from what you are saying is that more of the link farms. If you can give us a better idea on what is a link wheel then we can probably give more answers.

    thanks

Yes i used link wheels but with all fresh content and it is really helpful. Using spun content is not a good idea.

If you don't know what a link wheel is, it's basically around 6 - 20 Web 2.0 properties all linked together in a sort of wheel structure.

For example, you make an account on Blogger, Blogster, Weebly, Squidoo, LiveJournal and Webs.com. You write an article and rewrite it so each of these will have a different version of the article. You post the spun article on each of these properties, and then you post your website URL on the property, as well as the next property in the wheel.

    Like this:

Blogger links to ---> Your website URL + Your blogster page
Blogster links to --> Your website URL + Your Weebly page
Weebly links to --> Your website URL + Your squidoo page
Squidoo links to --> Your website URL + Your LiveJournal page
LiveJournal links to --> Your website URL + Your webs.com page
Webs.com links to --> Your website URL + Your blogger page

That way, it links in a sort of wheel structure. Each page gets a link, and they all build links to your main site.

When you have done that, you simply get some social bookmarks to each site in the wheel so that it all gets indexed, and if your keyword has low competition, then you may find that you can dominate most of the first page by having all of these properties on the first page - And this helps your main site too.

    Hope this helped :)

Wow, what a grey hat... lol. I never try this before, and I think I won't use this trick. I don't see any advantages by doing this. Anyway, thanks for let us now what "link wheels with spun articles" is. :)
