    Well it'd depend on the situation and length of time you've known the girl.

    The best way if you're in the appropriate relationship is to lead with one to the cheek or wherever you feel confident ;) in most cases they'll return one. If not you might get a slap, but think of it as tough love.

    Yes it depends on the situation... If your relation is old then you can do it anytime, isnt it?? But if you are new then try to get closer and make a situation like thier is no other option of .kissing.... hehhehe..
