I need a good night sleep every night or I don't feel as well as I'd like, so for me sleep is important.
It depends from person to person. Some people feel fresh even after 5 hours of sleep and other are unable to do so even after 7 hours. However, you should at least sleep for 6-7 hours for your body to stay healthy.
I love my sleep, usualy get a good 8-9 hours a night As it's Sunday I slept for nearly 11 hours last night though
I only had about 5 hours sleep since i was here till early hours... That is fine with me... HEHE, I tend to get about 5-6 hours sleep on a daily basis and i am always fine. ~ Mike
I can't agree with you . Sleep is not overrated at all . Actually sleep is overlooked and you are a typical example . lol For working time and life schedule, I got only 7 hours of sleep everyday, I feel very tired .
I used to get 3 hours sleep every weekdays. But if it's weekend, I sleep for more than 8 hours and it feels so good coz I was able to recharge those less sleeping hours I had on weekdays.
I try not to sleep, but I become very sleepy after a while. & Once I do sleep, it's around 9 hours of sleep.
I slept about 5 hours last night.. at different times in the day i felt really tired but it went away. Then about at midnight I got reallllly tired and fell asleep for about 10 minutes.. woke up and now i feel fine. it's almost 4 in the morning.. I wonder if this is healthy.. around 5 hours of sleep in 2 days.. but it's summer.. no classes for another month
I noticed also that if I don't sleep I get pimples, & who wants pimples? So, even though I absolutely hate having to stop what I'm doing just to go to bed, I do it anyway. If I could have a body that never gets tired though, and skin that never gets pimples, I would never sleep.
Sleep is NOT overrated your body needs it to function properly. Have you heard of those meth psychosis stories where people do all kinds of crazy shit? It's because they've been up wired for 4 days straight and the sleep deprivation has made them go crazy.
