If you haven't noticed your "fake sig" is also being edited out. You aren't allowed live links or sigs because of your approval ranking.

Shawn has asked you to stop putting in the fake (through his edit comments) so you should probably listen.

I'm sure you'll hear from him if you continue.

PATS - Can I give you a bit of advice? Just settle down and start posters like a normal person. Give some thought to your posts (unless its General Chat where anything goes) and you could build your rep back.

I am going on record - From this post on I will give you a second chance. Do what you will with it. Post some good posts and I will give up the green.

Thanks for the negative for giving PATS a second chance...But I'm sticking to that personal choice.

Few have hated this guy as much as me but I thought I would do a good deed to make up for making Shawns life hard with the Google email thing.

PATS will probably blow it anyway so no need to heap more of the bad rep on me.

At least I leave my name and full explanation of why I thought it was a crap post. As many can concur I do the same for good posts as well. Just like yfs1 I'm ready for throwing green your way when you are.

 

I don't want any greens for that. I would rather get them for a good post, not bitching about a negative.

First of all the Federal courts have already ruled that a forum operator is NOT responsible for the posts of it's members, the members are the authors and the forum can NOT be held liable for their comments or actions.

So you could spend a fortune in legal fees and get nothing for your legal action against Digital Point forums.

You are making a big deal out of nothing and all this hype about legal action is exactly that.

No federal prosecutor is going to pursue a case against a 13 year old kid that made a mistake and neither is Google.

Good luck in the future man, your best bet is to move on and forget the threats because you have a snowball chance in hell to gain anything by it and could lose thousands in legal fees.

Funny, it seems that this guy came on Digital Point and posted private communication from Google on a public forum, maybe Google will take action for copyright and privacy violations for publishing this private communication from Google to him in regard to this matter

 

or he could just have created the "communication" with google himself
