Experiment and try to find better placaments and colors for you ads. For the CPC you should target more high paying keywords.
evey one i talking about Niche etc But this is not like I am very sure Either Google decrease the CPC etc . Other wise with the same Niche If i got 100 clicks minimum making 10$ now 135 and only making $3.45 some thing like this.

Yeah, your eCPM is the problem. CTR is good but you're not getting high payouts. I have a similar amount of page impressions so far this month with a little higher CTR and I'm at $25.00. Focus on higher value keywords, optimize ad placement, keep your site going a long time and build quality (UV) traffic.
try to create a different post..i mean different niche. and set on your blog to display 1 post only. otherwise, recognize low pay ads and filter them.
You are earning $0.07 per click which is more than what many people earn [$0.03]. CTR is good too. The only thing that I guess is missing is the good amount of traffic. Try to increase the traffic and your earnings will increase too.

Your CTR is really good but earning is not good. I think you are using low paying keywords try to improve these next and add lots of quality contents. That may help you.
5% is a good traffic. One of my customers have 12%, but he works in a good niche, other of games site have 0,01% and earn good money - because of number of visitors.
If you want to increase your CTR you have to do 2 things. 1) Test your ad placements. Try different location at about a week at a time and record which was the most effective. 2) Target a tighter niche. If visitors come to your site looking for something then they will more likely click on ads that have those words in it. Thats how you increase your CTR.
CTR varies up to 20% depending of the day, traffic and so on. If traffic comes from google images, or social networks, usually you will get lower CTR
