    I'd seriously hire a copywriter if I were you... apart of the color scheme that hurts the eyes the actual content also does...

    Let's see, here's one paragraph from your latest blog post...

    "In this lesson we are going to learn about what are important test related to gastrointestinal system. About these tests, as a medical transcription learner one must know. These lesson consists of STOOL ANALYSES TESTS and LIVER FUNCTION TESTS. We will see about one by one in detail now."

    How many errors are in there? I've personally found over 5 grammatical / stylistic errors... Not acceptable for such a short text...

    ...you're probably looking to get some steady visitors from English speaking countries so you could get the max per click revenue from Adsense, am I right? Well, I can't imagine one medical professional whose native language is English that would visit the site again after reading this one paragraph alone.

    So once again I suggest hiring a copywriter that would clean up the text for you. Once that's done, and you've improved your website's design, you could expect to see much more revenue.

    First,Still your PRivacy policy post comes when i go to home page. Remove it.


    Second, Try to put label for each post in your blog and add Label box in right side below video bar or blog archive.


    Third, You have put only three ads in your blog. Convert the bottom & top ads into Square size .


    Add three more Link Ads.


    Submit your site link in yahoo answers related to your content.


    Bookmark all of your blog pages in Best bookmarking sites.
    Try Some more Traffic ideas.


    Put the adsense earnings in hold upto you receive some good earnings in per month period. If you ask your cheque, your blog will go under filter and Google will close your acct and repay the amount to advertisers for advertisers favour. Because Usually the adsense accts of the blogs which will take more time to reach $100 will be closed.

    I will suggest that you try to increase the organic traffic via doing some SEO.

    Try to add excellent content in your site on regular bases plus try to get some relevant/quality backlinks. This will help to imporve your site's position in SERPs.

    The more targeted traffic your site have, the more money you will earn via adsense.
