Lipgut: We are looking for unique designs only here sorry. If you can turn in a unique design with the suggested improvements. Then it will be considered. However we are not considering your current one as it is very similar to that of what Campolar pointed out. Which does show that you may have copied that concept/idea.

Those 2 designs are too simple and cliche for what we are looking for sorry. We need something more professional. Something that can be branded to a company. We also need something that is relevant to the concept of Brute Strength.

Yes I am going to allow for 1 more day or so in this contest. This is for a few reasons.

( Before I say that. Have a look at the feedback that I gave for LipGut earlier. If you are going to do a Evil Villain then try incorporate that into it. )

A few designers have put in quite a lot of work and are making revisions that are not ready yet. So I would like them to have the chance to be able to post their work and not let it go to waste.

Also I have done the required steps for removing limitation from my PayPal account. I will be phoning them tomorrow morning and sorting it all out. As its part of a mis understanding. If for some reason my paypal account does not get un'limited. I have a friend who is willing to pay for me.

I have the veins in Brute to make it look like strength. I also have the arms.

Is that your work sparky? The graphic looks amazing but the text just doesnt match up to that quality?

Actually looking at it, I can see that the graphic has been cut off a white background. The CH is looking for original work here.

 

I guess he spent 3 hours finding a warez post having that, and then changing the colors and flipping stuff...

Just a suggestion, that guy looks like more like he is holding his chest like they do when they jump from an airplane in case of emergency, you should make it widened to make it look more like crossed arms...

Something else i tried:

 

It was a reference. I used it for the outline of my drawing , because I don't draw superheros soo I needed a reference. Look at the shading, look at the face , look at everything , the arms are the closest thing to it.




and trust me superman already has been viewed in that pose before so nothing origanal when it comes down to making super heroes.

and I cannot make the mods because lack of time...I would need to draw up , upload and then outline then start coloring. Not enough time :/

That is awesome. Very professional and very brandable. Exactly what we are looking for. However we are not to fond of the font. Could you try using some more web 2.0 colours in it and the font for "Ad" not being so simple.

Sorry but not what we are looking for. The font is very hard to read. And the image doesn't match up with what we want to portray in our logo sorry.

Thats a nice design. But it just doesn't have that company feel to it. Also Because of the way it is incorporated in with the text, the text won't look right if the image isn't there.

You are on the right track there. Its good that you picked up the concept we are looking for. However the design isn't to that of the quality we would like.

I like the design. It has a nice web 2.0 feel to it. However it just doesn't give me that brandable feel to it. If you took the text away from the thing. Would people still recognize it as our company? Thats what we are trying to aim for here.
