    "max_execution_time = 1000 (Recommended or higher)
    upload_max_filesize = 100M (Recommended or higher)
    post_max_size = 100M (Recommended or higher)"

    You will never find a shared host with these....

    Agreed. (Good catch as I missed it. +rep) A VPS may be a better route for you. Especially with the encoded scripts you're looking for. I know I don't normally include them on my own servers and I throw lots of stuff in there.

    Except for the max_execution_time, the other requirements shouldn't be a problem for most ffmpeg hosts

    You will want a VPS, no Shared host can do all of that for you, at least that I know of.

    You may want to look at a FFMPEG host.

    It's already been stated that a shared host is not going to work for your requirements. I'd go with a VPS from RimuHosting. I use them for a few of my sites that need major hardware.

    I've got ffmpeg installed too without any problems too. I just compiled it on the server myself. They've even got it setup so you can provision storage, memory and bandwidth in real-time just by logging in and changing your settings. You can also move your whole VPS to another server or to another in another country at the click of a button. There's just no need to call them or submit a ticket for that sorta stuff.

    Oh, and the other cool feature is the virtual KVM. If you botch things up like firewalling yourself out of your box or shutting down sshd, you can still access a local terminal.

    It's good stuff! I really like them for my sites that have somewhat advanced requirements.

    Go for a VPS. Here you can set whatever values you want. Its like owning your server. with VPS you should have full access to core system configuration files.

    That's another plus. I find a lot of hosts have out of date sub installs for their programs. Some of that is due to the hosting platform being restricted to whatever version that they were written for but you can always upgrade yourself if you have access.

    You had mentioned you want a fast connection and to meet all of your requirements. As many have said, a VPS will be the best route for you.

    I know most everyone has already thrown in their two cents of who to check out, but just a few more here... :cool: Take a look at VPS.NET. They have a CDN that you can access to speed things up even faster than what you would get without it. Some of the items you need you will have to install onto your server, like most of the hosting options you find, for this case.

    You will be able to manage the amount of resources you want to have an use instantaneously!
