0.00 Hours. I don't sleep at night. I sleep after 5am in the morning and get up at 1pm. That's about 8 hours of sleep .
normally i'm used to have a 7 hour sleep.going to bed around 10pm in the night and getting up around 5am. hope 7 hour sleep is enough...
i guess it is 6-8 hours but during the weekends its totally different story. the sleeping time depends on many factors
its depend on my mood and work load, if i am not have high work load then 7-10 hours and many time only 4-5 hours, but i can say avg is 7-8 hour a day.
For me, usually is 7 hours, but sometimes is 6 hours I need more sleep, but I cannot get me asleep fast enough. I usually spend more than half an hour to get asleep
