    There are many respectable Bulk Email Softwares out there, I personally recommend you do a Google search on "Bulk Email Software" and test the waters as there are many great email softwares out there; each having their own special features.

    If you are a mac user I would suggest that you look at Direct Mail Pro - it totally kicks butt! I picked iot up to send out a list of 80,000 mails for a client ( the list were all past customers) With Direct Mail Pro, I was able to track open rates, delivered mail and custom options for bounced and even sent it in HTML with the plain text alternative. Only good for OSX though so if you do use mac then it's double bonus time for you!

    Groupmail is definitely been around and good however you could consider getting your email software to install on your server. 12all and autresponderplus are really good. I have both.
