I have been penalized by Google

I think that my blog http://coffecup4me.com 3 days ago was penalized by
Google, but I am not sure what's kind of penalty. On my WebMastersTools
account I see that my pages are indexed, but on google search with
    info:coffecup4me.com or site:coffecup4me.com I can't to get any
information, and what's most important- I don't getting any traffic from
    google for any keyword!
My blog's PR for 2 days was 2 (2 weeks ago), but after it was again
decreased to PR1, I don't understand why. Now PR is 1. If I right
understand- if google penalized my blog, they have to decrease my PR to 0.
I have used plugin "Related websites" (now I deactivated this plugin),
what google can to define as traffic or link exchange, but a lot of blogs
are using this plugin without penalty. I have deleted a lot of posts, what
google can to define as sponsored (but it doesn't was sponsored). I
deleted everything what's not important. I have used plugin LinkingPress,
which one as well google can to define as link exchange, but also a lot of
    blogs are using this plugin.
More- last month I very hard worked to increase my backlinks, published
articles, wrote comments on blogs posts, posted on forums, etc. But when I
am checking on my WebMastersTools account, I don't see any links from
there. On Technorati show 116 blogs reactions and authority 42, on Yahoo as well a lot of links, on google- anything. Why?
I know that my reconsideration request will take a long time. Would someone know another way to solve this problem? Can URL removal and reincluding to solve this penalty?
    Thank you for advice!

Google gives credit to dofollow links. So, if your link building activity gained nofollow links, it won't help you to increase PR or SERP. The sudden drop maybe bcause of penalty. I suggest you to submit your site for reconsideration if you have removed all paid links from your blog at https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/reconsideration and wait and see.

You have a lot of duplicate content on that website and doing a search " " for the website is showing link on bad spammy type of sites.

Did you submit a reinclusion request? Also try nofollowing all your external links.

    - I didn't. Before I want to check what was wrong. And I know that it will take a long time for reinclusion. What you think- if I simply will make URL removal and reincluding, can it to solve penalty?

I think you have to remove all inbound links from your site.

I once faced a similar problem. I sent them 2 re-inclusion requests stating my innocence, changed my entire design to ensure that there was no hidden links/keyword stuffing and all. But nothing happened. Then I found a link to a site which promotes link exchange (but they were not linking back to my site), removed it and submitted another reinclusion request. My penalization was removed within a week, but I am not sure what was the exact reason for that.

I think you can ask them personnally whats the main matter is, if it can be done. Your PR decreasing because you have so many nofollow links in it so check it. Am i right do correct me?

From what I understand with regard to the tool on bad-neighborhood.com, these are a few of the issues with your site.

    1. Many of your links come from blogs, and that could look like an attempt to gain higher rankings through blog commenting. It doesn't mean you are seen as a "spam blog".

    2. You have a link that goes to a page that no longer exists on the Internet.

    3. There are links to your site, which reside on pages with way too many links; which can appear to be a bad neighborhood or link farm. One page has 200 links. Google Webmaster Tools guidelines suggest no more than 100 links on a page.

    4. Potential link from a bad neighborhood, with a questionable link anchor title of "adult". This link could suggest a web site with questionable content (a.k.a. porn site).

Wow, you didn't just get penalized, you got completely de-indexed. Which is weird because you maintained your pagerank; usually de-indexed sites get all pagerank stripped.

Even having an inbound link from a 'bad neighborhood' wouldn't be enough to de-index a site.

Did you pull a google bomb by any chance and used the same anchor text for ALL of your backlinks?

Although a re-inclusion does take a while sometimes, I don't see you having any other options but to try and plead your case.

If G penalizes then it doesn't mean that your site PR will go away. The biggest consequence will be that you will not be found in G in any kind of search. even if you search for website name then also you will not able to see your website.
