I need some trailers downloaded, watermarked, then uploaded to FTP

I have a site that lists the top 100 movie trailers for each year, starting from 2009 going years back. I need trailers from 2009 to 2000 for now, downloaded, watermarked, then uploaded to my FTP server.

I need the file names as follows:
trailers/[year]/[moviename].flv


For Example, if I downloaded iron man, which was released in 2008, it would be saved as:
trailers/2008/iron man.flv

In total this is 900 trailers.

Before watermarking, make a copy of all files and put them in a new folder called trailers2, keeping them still in the years folders and keeping the origional names.

When done, i need the trailers folder watermarked with a bulk watermark tool. So in the end ill have all 900 trailers, one unwatermarked copy and one watermarked copy.

When done that, ill simply give you FTP access, you put all files in the upload que, no data entry required.

I have seen people on here charging 10 cents per download, watermark and upload to youtube. Thats really tedious work as on youtube you need to enter the description, title, tags and options which takes time, as you need to do none of that I want a rate a bit lower than 10 cents per video.

Please give me your offers, since this is a simple task, I will be giving it to the lowest bidder.
