I need link builders...

    Hi i need link builders that will do the following..
    I will provide an anchor text and a url they must build 100 links in forums blogs social bookmarking etc with that elements,after completion i will immediatelly provide another set of keyword and url and this will keep going on..
    If some links are not using my keyword as anchor text it is ok to use it as text near my url but not above 20% of total links.

    Provide me with:
    cost per link
    an example list of sites u will use.
    an email
    and paypal id :)
