thank you all for the great tips but you see im new at all this and i dont know much about coding. and a lot of these tips take some coding. i would like to set a logo and im still trying to figure it out but it is kinda hard that is why my forum is based on web design so i can get some tips there. but i dont have members to start posting tips and tricks. so i dont know but i do thank you all very much for these tips i will look into all of them

not bad design, I like the style of the forums. You just need more content, then visitors will follow

Nice site, I like the icons used. Not keen on the flash banner at all. The red doesn't go with the site and it's quite cheap looking so brings down the rest of the site.

 

Do you need forum posters? There's little content on your website though it looks nice.

 

Red on black? Wow, that's really really hard on the eye and people won't want to look at your site very long because of it. Did you do any color research?

 

Might be worth lookinh at SMF instead of your current forum.

 

Get rid of the animated title it looks kinda tacky. Everything else is great

 

i like the blue layout, the animated image is shocking, though! your forum deserve a nice and coordinated logo, you may find here at DP some talented yet affordable designers apparently there's no niche for your forum, you have to promote it hardly to build his community
